Rates
$150 per session

Insurance
I do not bill insurance directly, but will provide a Superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your fees can be applied to deductibles and you may use FSA funds for counseling services.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Office policy requires a 24 hour notice or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
